Jaguars' Kelvin Beachum: Out for Saturday's game

Beachum (knee) will not play in Saturday's preseason game versus Tampa Bay, John Oehser of jaguars.com reports.

Analysis:

Beachum has had an up and down week. There were times when it appeared that he would be ready for Saturday, and then there were times when his chances of playing looked bleak. From the Jaguars' perspective, there's no reason to rush Beachum back into action if he truly isn't healthy. Beachum's progress will be something to monitor as the regular season nears.
