Bears' Tracy Porter: Forces and recovers a fumble Thursday

Porter recorded two tackles while recovering a fumble he forced Thursday against the Patriots.

Analysis:

Porter was a bit lucky on the forced fumble, as Patriots' running back Branden Bolden inexplicably ran to the right sideline, but failed to switch the ball to his right hand, allowing for the ball to be stripped easily. With Kyle Fuller (knee) possibly set to miss some early-season time, Porter is likely set to face more than he can handle against opponent's top receivers. With only 11 interceptions in nine NFL seasons, he's not likely going to emerge as an IDP target.
