Raiders' Sebastian Janikowski: Solid performance Thursday

Janikowski connected on his only field goal attempt from 46 yards during Thursday's exhibition loss to the Packers.

Analysis:

Janikowski has a bit of competition behind him this offseason in Giorgio Tavecchio, who also made a 28-yard field goal. Unfortunately for Tavecchio, however, he would go on to miss an extra point, helping secure Janikowski's role as the starting kicker moving forward.
