Cowboys' Ezekiel Elliott: Back in pads

Elliott (hamstring) donned pads for Tuesday's practice, Rob Phillips of the Cowboys' official site reports.

Analysis:

Elliott participated in Monday's walkthrough, but was limited during individual work and didn't go through the team's padded practice. On Tuesday, however, Elliott was back in pads, although it remains to be seen what kind of restrictions were put on the 21-year-old rookie. The Cowboys will likely ease him back into action, but considering he's officially back in pads, it appears Elliott isn't far off from being 100 percent healthy.
