While some NFL players like to be as pumped up as possible on game day, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is the opposite.

Wilson said he listens to gospel music prior to kickoff to keep him calm, in an interview with Ryan Morik of Complex

"Before a game, I'm always listening to gospel music," Wilson said. "I'm just so grateful on game day. I don't try to be all amped up. I try to be calm as can be and just grateful that I can play the game. It's a special, special day, those days.

Asked if there's any Drake or Eminem on his pre-kickoff playlist, Wilson replied, "Nah, I'm chillin' out."
