Cowboys' Ezekiel Elliott: Remains sidelined Thursday

Elliott (hamstring) remained out Thursday despite the Cowboys having a day off Wednesday, the team's official site reports. "We've got to make sure that all the soreness is out and he's ready to go before we put him back out there," executive vice president Stephen Jones said.

Analysis:

This early in camp Dallas isn't taking any chances with their prized rookie, so don't be surprised if Elliott remains on the sidelines at least through the weekend. At this point though, the injury doesn't seem serious enough to impact his spot on anyone's fantasy draft board.
