Cowboys' Tony Romo: Should have full training camp

Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett said Friday that the team is confident Romo (collarbone) won't be limited in camp, Todd Archer of ESPN Dallas reports. "We're optimistic about him being able to have close to a full training camp," Garrett said.

Analysis:

The front office's confidence in Romo's ability to stay healthy this year is reflected in the fact that they've shown no interest in adding a name-brand backup like Nick Foles and are instead willing to go into the regular season with Kellen Moore and rookie Dak Prescott as Romo's understudies. The 36-year-old played just four games last year after breaking his clavicle twice, but in 2014 (his last relatively healthy campaign) he led the NFL in QB rating.
