Vikings' Adrian Peterson: Limited with undisclosed injury

Peterson did not fully participate in training camp Friday due to an undisclosed injury, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. "He tweaked himself a little bit in the offseason. He's going to be fine," head coach Mike Zimmer said. "He did the conditioning test today. We're just being careful with him."

Analysis:

Peterson was able to run light sprints and participated in a walk-through of a play on offense, so the injury doesn't sound serious. Still, monitor his progress early in training camp.
