Dolphins' Dion Jordan: Reinstated from suspension

Jordan was informed Friday he has been reinstated from his suspension, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.

Analysis:

Jordan, who was suspended for the entirety of the 2015 NFL season due to a violation of the league's substance abuse policy, will be given a chance to make the Dolphins' roster in training camp, as his suspension has officially been lifted. The team's defensive line, which already includes Ndamukong Suh, Cameron Wake and Mario Williams, could receive another boost if Jordan is able to perform well in camp and secure a spot. He comes at a bit of a price for Miami, as he's due $1.7 million in bonus money if he's still with the team on just the fifth day of training camp.
