Bears' Kyle Long: Injures calf during training camp
Long was witnessed wearing a walking boot after leaving practice early with an injury to his left calf, Rich Campbell of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Analysis:
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Long is contending with a strained calf, and while he's expected to be out for a spell, the injury doesn't appear to be "severe." After making the switch from guard to tackle in 2015, Long is expected to revert back to his former position in 2016 due to the Bears' offseason acquisition of OT Bobby Massie.
