Report: Broncos sign Marlon Brown to 1-year deal

The Denver Broncos have signed free-agent wide receiver Marlon Brown to a one-year contract, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Brown spent the first three years of his career with the Baltimore Ravens before a failed physical led to him being waived earlier this offseason.

Brown burst onto the scene as an undrafted rookie in 2013, starting in 12 of his 14 regular-season appearances and recording 49 receptions for 524 yards and seven touchdowns.

Though his production fell off during each of the next two seasons, a 2014 campaign played under then-Ravens coordinator Gary Kubiak certainly gives Browns some familiarity with Denver's offensive system.
