Kelly, Ryan 'all good' after comments about job security

There are no lingering hard feelings between Buffalo Bills legend Jim Kelly and head coach Rex Ryan after the former commented on the latter's job security.

Kelly suggested earlier this offseason that Ryan faces an ultimatum and will not retain his job if the Bills fail to make the playoffs again in 2016, as they have done every season since 1999.

Speaking at his football camp Tuesday, Kelly confirmed he and Ryan have cleared the air.

"Yeah, we already texted," Kelly said, according to WGR 550's Sal Capaccio. "That’s all good.

Ryan signed a reported five-year, $27.5 million contract to coach the Bills in January 2015, but there are some who believe Kelly is correct in saying Ryan will be fired if he doesn't end the Bills' postseason drought this season.
