Flacco posts hilarious response to Twitter hack announcing his death

It's apparently the offseason of fake NFL death announcements, and Joe Flacco is the latest victim.

A Baltimore Ravens Twitter fan account, "Ravens Nation," tweeted Wednesday night that Flacco had died, but then quickly announced the account had been hacked.

The tweet has since been deleted, but fanchi.se grabbed a screenshot:

The Ravens moved swiftly to reassure fans that their quarterback was fine.

Flacco reacted to the false rumor with a good sense of humor, posting the resurrection of "Game of Thrones" character Jon Snow.

In a similar fashion in early June, commissioner Roger Goodell's death was announced from the NFL's Twitter account after it was hacked.
