Eagles OC: Bradford's performance at OTAs 'off the charts'

With all the controversy swirling around the Philadelphia Eagles' quarterback situation, Sam Bradford's performance in OTA practices has flown under the radar.

After making it clear last week that there's an open competition for the team's starting quarterback job, offensive coordinator Frank Reich heaped effusive praise on Bradford's offseason play.

"Sam hasn't only been good in OTAs, he's been great," Reich told Dave Spadaro of the team's official website. "His production, everything about the way he has performed in OTAs, has been, and it's not an overstatement to say this, off the charts. He's really been good."

Everyone seems to be on board within the quarterback room, as second overall pick Carson Wentz lauded the work being done by the three quarterbacks on the roster Tuesday.

It's clear Bradford is the odds-on favorite to secure the starting quarterback job in 2016, but the Eagles will keep Wentz and Chase Daniel in the running as long as they can while new head coach Doug Pederson gets a feel for his players.
