Terrelle Pryor appears pleased with the progress he's made amid a difficult position change.

The former quarterback, who officially transitioned to wide receiver upon joining the Cleveland Browns last season, sees a substantial difference in his abilities after several months working exclusively in his new role.

"(I'm) 10 times (better than last year),'' Pryor said at the Browns' OTAs on Wednesday, according to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com.

"I look at the film and it amazes me, and I give that to (receivers coach Al) Saunders, because just sitting there and doing the extra meeting time with him and him really breaking down certain routes to me and how he wants them run, it's awesome.''

Pryor appeared in just three games in his first year as a wide receiver, hauling in one catch for 42 yards.

Cleveland remains intrigued by his long-term upside, though, as an impressive athletic skill set certainly gives him potential as a playmaker on the outside.

The 26-year-old can expect to receive a number of reps throughout both training camp and the preseason. He'll compete for a roster spot alongside a crowded group of young pass-catchers, which Cleveland bolstered with a number of selections in April's draft.
