Jaguars' Dante Fowler Jr.: To retake the field Monday

Fowler Jr. is set to take the field in a team setting for the first time since suffering a torn ACL on the first day of rookie minicamp last offseason, per ESPN's Mike DiRocco.

Analysis:

This will mark the first time in 380 days since the third overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft last took the field with his team. These practices only allow teams to adorn players in helmets, without any other pads, though. Thus, without live contact, it will be difficult to thoroughly assess Fowler Jr.'s progress from the injury. Nonetheless, these practices remain open to the media, which may, at least in some capacity, reveal how the Jaguars plan to use Fowler Jr. as a LEO linebacker in 2016.
