Browns' Corey Coleman not 'quite' in top shape

As he participated in the Browns' rookie camp practices, Coleman acknowledged that he's quite not in top shape in terms of conditioning at this stage, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Analysis:

The No. 15 overall pick in last month's draft cites breaks in his routine related to the pre-draft process as a reason that he's not yet in top shape. With that in mind, the report relays that the rookie wideout plans to train harder between now and training camp and isn't concerned about being up to speed by then. Assuming that's the case, Coleman will then turn his focus to claiming a key role in Cleveland's passing game. It's something he's equipped to handle, with coach Hue Jackson noting that despite the wideout's current conditioning blip, Coleman "is explosive and he can catch the ball. He's extremely talented and gifted."
