Johnny Manziel's Avon, Ohio home could be yours for half a million dollars.

The former Cleveland Browns quarterback has put the three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house on the market for $489,900. He purchased the home in May 2015 following a 10-week rehab stint, relocating from downtown Cleveland to a golf-course community.

"Nice and quiet," Browns linebacker Paul Kruger said at the time. "Birds chirping. It's an awesome place. It's about as polar opposite as you can get. Nice, old people everywhere."
