Baltimore Ravens cornerback Jumal Rolle is set to miss the entire 2016 season after sustaining a torn Achilles tendon during an offseason workout, Jeff Zrebiec of the Baltimore Sun reports.

The 25-year-old was expected to act as depth in the Ravens' secondary for the upcoming season after being active for the last three games of the 2015 campaign.

In April, the Ravens re-signed Rolle, who was an exclusive rights free agent.

Rolle appeared in 19 games over his three-year NFL career.
