Fuller might not be in position for reliable fantasy production in a Brock Osweiler offense and with DeAndre Hopkins rightfully commanding an enormous target count, but Fuller's presence should provide a noticeable and immediate impact on the field for Houston. His combination of speed and innate receiver skill is highly rare, and he should make life easier for Hopkins as safeties are compelled to backpedal when Fuller lines up on their side.
