Manziel accused of trashing house after drug-fueled party

Johnny Manziel is accused of trashing a West Hollywood house he rented for two days last week and leaving evidence of illegal drug use.

Niki Ghazian, a lawyer for Nicholas Goodwin, the real estate broker who rented the property to Manziel, wrote to Manziel's representatives alleging the former Cleveland Browns quarterback caused nearly $32,000 in damage, according to Emily Smith of Page Six.

"Mr. Manziel threw large parties on both nights, causing extensive damage ... Evidence suggests (Manziel) and his guests were consuming drugs and alcohol ... and that they caused a disturbance to the neighborhood," Ghazian wrote.

Goodwin said when he went to the house after Manziel was to have checked out, he discovered Manziel passed out amid extensive damage.

"They were supposed to check out at noon. Manziel was passed out ... There was cocaine all over the kitchen table, and mushrooms were still out on the table in front of him. There was booze everywhere ... broken glasses over the floor and a champagne glass in a tree."

Photographic evidence obtained by Page Six seems to back up the allegations of damage and drug use, though Manziel doesn't appear in any of the photos.

Goodwin has threatened to sue Manziel.
