Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy is not expected to be suspended by the NFL for his role in a nightclub altercation in February, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

That means McCoy is in the clear, as the authorities in Philadelphia announced last week that McCoy will not face criminal charges.

The Bills had planned for McCoy to be suspended, Rapoport notes, so his availability will be a pleasant surprise.

McCoy produced 1,187 total yards over 12 games in his first season with the Bills, numbers that were limited by a lingering MCL injury. Behind him, rookie Karlos Williams emerged as a force.

With McCoy presumably healthy and available for all 16 games in 2016, the Bills could have quite a potent rushing attack.
