Jets trade up to select OT Brandon Shell in 5th round
Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports
The New York Jets have selected offensive tackle Brandon Shell out of South Carolina in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
New York has a hole at tackle with D'Brickashaw Ferguson retiring, so Shell will have a chance to earn immediate playing time if he impresses in training camp.
