Report: Cowboys, Romo have not talked extension
According to a report from ESPN, Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys have yet to begin talks about extending the quraterback's contract with the team. The two sides agreed to suspend talks prior to the 2012 season so Romo could focus on his on-field duties. Romo is reportedly looking for a deal worth somewhere between $12 and $14 million. The Cowboys would like to resign Romo and keep him as a piece for their franchise going forward.
