Shane Lechler not returning to Raiders

Oakland Raiders punter Shane Lechler has decided not to return to the team. Lechler has been with the Raiders since 2000 and has spent his entire career with the team. Lechler is the owner of the longest punt in Raiders history - he kicked an 80 yarder in 2011.
