According to ESPN's Chris Mortensen, the Green Bay Packers are expected to sign free agent running back Cedric Benson.
Terms of the deal are not yet known.
Benson, 29, spent the last 4 seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals. He rushed for 4,176 yards and scored 23 total touchdowns during that span.
On their official website, the Packers have James Starks listed as their number one running back. Benson is expected to challenge for carries.
