Lions sign former Jaguars WR Jarett Dillard and release former Penn State OT Quinn Barham
ALLEN PARK, Mich. - The Detroit Lions have signed wide receiver Jarett Dillard.
He practiced with his new teammates Tuesday at Detroit's mandatory minicamp.
Dillard says the Lions were one of several teams that called after Jacksonville released him last month. He started five games last year for the Jaguars, making 29 receptions for 292 yards and a touchdown in his second NFL season.
Detroit released offensive tackle Quinn Barham, an undrafted rookie from Penn State, to make room on the roster for Dillard.
