Atletico Madrid defender Stefan Savic returns to training
Atletico Madrid centre-back Stefan Savic has returned to training after recovering from a muscle concern in his right leg that's seen the Montenegrin international miss seven matches.
Savic, 25, was injured during the first leg of a Champions League Round of 16 tilt with PSV Eindhoven, but has been cleared to return, the club announced Wednesday.

Savic's return comes at the right time for Diego Simeone and his injury-riddled squad, as it looks to keep pace with table-toppers Barcelona.
Atletico is faced with a centre-back crisis, with Diego Godin, Lucas Hernandez, and Jose Gimenez all out with various ailments ahead of Saturday's match against Real Betis. Godin joined Savic in training Wednesday, and should be fit to return.
