Rory McIlroy started his title defense at the Dell Match Play on the right note Wednesday by defeating Thorbjorn Olesen on the 18th hole to take his opening match 1 up.

But while odds were that McIlroy would walk away with a victory, his chances for the week got an extra boost earlier in the day when "Divot the Goat" predicted he'd win the tournament.
Divot was shown 16 bales of hay, representing the 16 groups for the first three days of the tournament, and selected Group 3 - containing McIlroy, Olesen, Kevin Na, and Smylie Kaufman. He was then shown four bales of hay, where he selected the Irishman to walk away with $1.62 million.
