Report: D.C. United set to acquire Argentine midfielder Luciano Acosta on loan

D.C. United has reportedly agreed to a loan deal with Argentine outfit Boca Juniors for the talents of midfielder Luciano Acosta, according to The Washington Post.
The loan deal would run for the duration of the 2016 MLS season and Acosta is supposedly set to land in Washington on Wednesday to undergo his medical and sign a contract.
The deal also reportedly has a purchase option for D.C. United, which can be activated upon the close of the 2016 campaign.
