VIDEO: Warriors' bench howls with laughter after MWP clanks wide-open layup

It was one embarrassment after another for the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday.

In a 21-point drubbing that featured Lakers fans changing jerseys and nearly 15 minutes of garbage time in a smackdown by the Golden State Warriors, there was no shortage of blunders for the gold and purple.

Metta World Peace's flubbed layup takes the cake. The 36-year-old came up short on the basket even though there wasn't a single Warrior in sight.

The miss sent the Warriors' bench into an uncontrollable fit of giggles.
