Cleveland Browns quarterback Josh McCown will have X-rays on Tuesday to determine the severity of the collarbone injury suffered in Monday night's loss to the Baltimore Ravens, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Head coach Mike Pettine said after the game McCown would remain the starter if healthy, but multiple reports indicate the quarterback could be dealing with a fracture.

With Johnny Manziel recently demoted to the No. 3 quarterback, Austin Davis would likely step in with the first-team offense should McCown be forced to the sideline for any length of time.

Davis was productive in relief of the veteran signal-caller Monday night, completing 7-of-10 passes for 77 yards and one touchdown.

His impressive touchdown drive tied the game late in the fourth quarter, but a blocked field goal returned for a touchdown as time expired saw the Browns drop to a disappointing 2-9 on the season.
