More coaching changes are underway in Miami.

The Dolphins have fired offensive coordinator Bill Lazor following Sunday's 38-20 loss to the New York Jets.

Quarterbacks coach Zac Taylor will serve as the team's play-caller while remaining in his current position. The Dolphins have also promoted Phil McGeoghan to wide receivers coach.

Lazor, who was in his second year with the Dolphins, is the third coach to be fired by the team this season after head coach Joe Philbin and defensive coordinator Kevin Coyle were let go.

Miami is currently in last place in the AFC East at 4-7.
