At 6-foot-2 and 326 pounds, Tennessee Titans guard Chance Warmack is a very big man. But when he reported to the team after Thanksgiving, he was a slightly less big one.

Titans head coach Mike Mularkey challenged his players to maintain their weight over Thanksgiving, and Warmack proved up to the task, according to John Glennon of the Tennessean.

On Friday, Warmack volunteered to weigh in in front of his teammates to prove he didn't add any bulk. Not only did Warmack achieve his goal, he actually managed to lose a pound from his pre-Thanksgiving weight, earning a $50 bonus from his coach.

Not all teams took the same approach as the Titans. Buffalo Bills center Eric Wood challenged his teammates to gain as much weight as possible over the holiday.

Guard Richie Incognito won the Bills' mass-adding challenge, returning from Thanksgiving dinner with an astonishing 10 extra pounds on his frame.
