Arkansas safety calls LSU's Brandon Harris 'predictable'

LSU quarterback Brandon Harris' struggles have been well documented, and Arkansas safety Santos Ramirez has been paying attention.

"He is predictable where he wants to go. He has got a good arm on him but he's not as accurate," Ramirez told Eric Bolin of Arkansas News.

Ramirez then threw Harris a backhanded compliment.

"He's not very good with the ball in terms of decision-making but he can really throw the ball and he can get receivers behind us and we have to be careful with it," he said.

While LSU's 7-1 record is impressive, Harris' numbers are not. With Harris at the helm, the Tigers have the worst passing offense in the SEC. While Leonard Fournette's ground game has been able to mask some of the offense's problems, Harris was exposed in the loss to Alabama when the Tide took away LSU's running game.

Harris isn't the only one Ramirez is looking forward to seeing. The redshirt freshman turned down a scholarship offer from LSU during his recruitment and is now out to prove himself for Arkansas.

"I have been looking forward trying to get to LSU," Ramirez said. “I have some past ties with them and I want to get down there and show them what I'm all about."

He and the rest of the Razorbacks will have their chance when Arkansas travels to Death Valley to play the No. 9 Tigers on Saturday.
