VIDEO: Bennett scores in return to Penguins' lineup, celebrates carefully
Geoff Burke / USA TODAY Sports
Oft-injured Pittsburgh Penguins forward Beau Bennett avoided injury Wednesday versus the Washington Capitals despite netting his second goal of the season.
Bennett's third-period equalizer - scored seconds after Evgeny Kuznetsov broke a lengthy deadlock - came in his first game back since being injured celebrating his first of the season in a game against the Montreal Canadiens.
He still gave it a pretty decent fist pump after shoveling home his rebound, but refrained from ramming himself into the dasher, this time.
