Jonathan Toews scored the game winner early in overtime as the Chicago Blackhawks defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning 1-0 in a Stanley Cup Final rematch Saturday night.

Toews cruised past Lightning forward Valtteri Filppula and beat goaltender Kristers Gudlevskis 17 seconds into the extra frame:

Gudlevskis stopped 31 of 32 shots in his first start of the season after being recalled prior to the game.

Blackhawks netminder Corey Crawford earned the shutout by stopping 21 shots fired on goal by the Lightning.
