Marshawn Lynch upgraded to limited participant in practice Thursday

Joe Nicholson / USA TODAY Sports

Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch was upgraded to a limited participant in practice Thursday as he continues to deal with a hamstring injury.

Lynch, who did not play in Week 4, was originally listed him as a non-participant on Thursday.

The Seahawks' lead back is considered day to day and is expected to be a game-time decision Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Fred Jackson missed practice with an ankle injury, so undrafted rookie Thomas Rawls could be in for another heavy workload Sunday.

Rawls has 35 carries for 157 yards with Lynch missing time over the last two games.
