Barcelona supporters desperate for an update on Lionel Messi were treated Thursday to a promising message from the Argentine superstar.
Messi took to Facebook and announced his recovery from a knee injury is going well, and offered his support to the Argentine national team, who take on Ecuador in its 2018 World Cup qualifying match Thursday.
Step by step, I am working on recovering to come back stronger. I’d also like to send a big hug and a lot of support to my Argentina teammates.
The injury, however, will keep Messi out of action until at least the end of November
