The first move made by new Miami Dolphins head coach Dan Campbell may be to alter the way the team practices.

Former head coach Joe Philbin was fired Monday after leading the Dolphins to a disappointing 1-3 start. There are rumors of discord behind the scenes, including a disputed report suggesting quarterback Ryan Tannehill belittled some of the team's practice squad players.

FOX Sports' Alex Marvez reports the incident did indeed occur, and goes on to suggest Philbin asked some of the team's players to take it easy on Tannehill.

Campbell will reportedly change the way the Dolphins practice in response to the incident, but there are no details what that means.

The Dolphins have a bye in Week 5 before returning to action Oct. 18 against the Tennessee Titans.
