Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy is dealing with a three-to-four week recovery for a hamstring tear, according to Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports.
An MRI on McCoy's hamstring revealed a new tear that could take up to a month to fully recover. With the three-time Pro Bowler insisting he won't return until fully healthy, a month-long absence is not out of the question.
It's been an inauspicious start to McCoy's career with the Bills as he's rushed for 146 yards in three games.
In McCoy's absence, the Bills will turn to rookie Karlos Williams, who has rushed for 186 yards and three touchdowns in limited time this season.
