Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler is active Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.

Cutler was expected to miss multiple games due to a hamstring injury sustained in Week 2. While he may be less than 100 percent, his return is a positive development for a struggling Bears team.

The Bears' offense has a favorable matchup against the 29th-ranked Oakland pass defense, potentially setting Cutler up for his strongest performance of the young season.

Cutler threw for 345 yards with a pair of touchdowns and interceptions amid a disappointing 0-2 start before the injury forced him to the sideline for Week 3.
