The Toronto Blue Jays will make a minor switch in their lineup Monday as they look to fend off elimination in the American League Division Series.

Toronto will slot in Russell Martin at catcher to replace Dioner Navarro, who caught Marco Estrada in Game 3. Martin will hit seventh.
