Chicago Bears fan Miguel Reyes had no trouble coming up with a name for the brain tumor he will soon undergo surgery to remove.

He calls it "Aaron Rodgers."

"It's easier to go after something you want to beat," Reyes told ESPN.

"It's inspired me, and it’s helping me, too," Reyes added. "I feel like he’s a big, strong quarterback and beats our Bears.

"So I'm going to beat him."

Reyes has been battling cancer since he was diagnosed in June 2014, and isn't new to naming parts of his life after NFL heroes and villains.

He had the opportunity to meet Devin Hester, his all-time favorite player, last year and named his dog Hester.

Peg Kelly, a former teacher who remains close to Reyes, admits she's a big Green Bay Packers fan but is rooting against this "Aaron Rodgers."

"I have to wall-to-wall Packers stuff," Kelly said.

"But even my Packers friends and I are saying, 'Let's beat Aaron Rodgers.'"
