Devils looking to add forwards through trades, free agency

Ray Shero is looking for someone to make a deal with his New Jersey Devils.
Following the announcement that the club had placed Danius Zubrus on waivers for the purpose of terminating the 37-year-old's contract, the Devils' general manager declared himself open for further business.
Ray Shero says he wanted to take advantage of the NHL's second buyout period because he is looking to sign or trade for more forwards.

According to War On Ice, the Devils currently boast the league's lowest payroll heading into 2015-16, with only 11 forwards under contract.
The resources are there to add, giving unsigned free agents hope of landing a gig.
