Hurricanes sign Zach Boychuk to 1-year, 2-way deal

The Carolina Hurricanes have announced the signing of forward Zach Boychuk to a one-year, two-way contract.
Boychuk, an eight-year veteran in the organization, will earn $600,000 at the NHL level, but see his salary reduced to $200,000 during his time on the farm.
He scored three goals and six points in 31 games with the big club last season.
