Jorge Soler: (Ankle) Returns From DL, Batting Sixth

Soler (ankle), who was activated from the 15-day DL Sunday, will start in right field and bat sixth for the afternoon contest against the Marlins.

Analysis:

Soler, as expected, only needed a short rehab stint before his activation. He went just 2-for-13 at the plate over four rehab games with Triple-A Iowa, but started seeing the ball batter near the end, collecting three walks in his last two contests. He'll now make his return to the big leagues, and should go back to his regular role as the everyday right fielder. The 23-year-old had been hitting .265/.322/.402 with four home runs before landing on the disabled list with an ankle sprain.
