The Tampa Bay Lightning added some depth Sunday.

The Lightning signed forward Jeff Tambellini to a one-year, two-way contract, the team announced on their official website.

The 31-year-old has played 242 career games in the league. He's suited up for the Los Angeles Kings, New York Islanders, and Vancouver Canucks, recording 27 goals and 88 points.

Tambellini split last season between Vaxjo Lakers of the Swedish Hockey League, where he had six goals and nine points in 20 games, and Fribourg-Gotteron of the Swiss League, where he tallied five goals and 13 points in 30 games.
