The Winnipeg Jets are showing faith in their coaching staff, signing three members to new contracts on Friday.

Assistant coaches Charlie Huddy and Pascal Vincent, and goaltending coach Wade Flaherty - each entering their fifth season with the Jets - will remain with the team on three-year deals.

Huddy, a former NHL defenseman of 18 years, has also worked in assistant coaching roles with the Edmonton Oilers, Dallas Stars, and New York Rangers.

Vincent is the former head coach of the QMJHL's Cape Breton Screaming Eagles, and was once named the top coach in the Q, after an impressive 2007-08 season.

The former netminder Flaherty played 120 NHL games in his long career, which featured stops in numerous leagues.

He'll continue to work on developing the games of Ondrej Pavelec and Michael Hutchinson, who are expected to be the team's goaltending tandem next season.

Winnipeg also announced that Rick St. Croix will be the team's new developmental goaltending coach.
