Jacoby Ellsbury: (Knee) Set To Resume Rehab

Ellsbury (knee) is back in the lineup for High-A Tampa on Wednesday, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.

Analysis:

After an 0-for-3 showing in his first game with Tampa on Monday, Ellsbury sat out Tuesday's game with fatigue in both of his legs. His rapid increase in activity prior to reporting to Tampa may have led to the fatigue, but regardless, Ellsbury will resume his assignment Wednesday and it would seem he at least has a chance to return before the end of the weekend or early next week.
